Project Greenman is part of The Garden Foundation, a non-profit organization started by "The Frugal Gardener" Jeff Arsenault.  Project Greenman is a program to bring gardening and the environment together by seeding seeds on adventures all over the world to get people of all ages involved . Seeds have traveled to the top of Mt. Everest by a rock climber, Seeds to the North Pole, on a Top Secret Mission in a submarine with the Navy and some day to Space with Brian Binnie.

Project Greenman and "Agents for Change" met with the Minister of Environment on June 11th 2009 to present the unique Clean Air Tree Kit that helps the environment by growing trees and Clean Air. The Minister of the Environment was delighted by this initiative, "a great way for people to be involved and especially to have school children all over Canada take part."
